Pillow Process
From memory foam, specialty foams, latex, fiber filled, or any other combination you can imagine– all of our pillows are designed with a purpose: to bring the finest quality, thoughtfully made product direct to your customer.
STEP 1: CUT & SEW
Our in-house cut and sew experts provide specialized pillow cover design and custom pillow shell sourcing. Our advanced equipment guarantees high quality products. Every piece is inspected by our Quality Assurance team for the perfect finished look and feel for your pillow.
STEP 2: FABRICATION & ASSEMBLY
Our fiber opening and blowing lines combine various types of polyester, fine denier, memory fibers, and wool fibers to make ideal blends for your pillow fills. Fabricated and shredded foams also are added to pillows and assembled into specialty covers to maximize comfort.
STEP 3: PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT
Pillows can be packaged in a variety of methods to suit your needs and brand. From compressed packed to more traditional methods, we offer the most efficient delivery options. Our dedicated logistics department will work with you to plan, ship and track your orders. Integrated EDI Dropship fulfillment. Pillows can be shipped via UPS or FedEx. We can manage your inventory and ship direct to consumers with same or next day ship windows.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
We can manage your inventory and offer efficient delivery options including same or next day ship windows. Once your product is complete, we compress roll pack it and ship directly to your customer’s door.
