Mattress Process
Jeffco makes affordable, comfortable mattresses in the USA. We work with you to create your mattress from the inside out, from designing, cutting and sewing your covers to fabricating and assembling your foam or encased spring cores. Once your product is complete, we compress roll pack it and ship directly to your customer’s door.
STEP 1: CUT & SEW
Our in-house cut and sew experts provide specialized cover design and our advanced equipment, including our state-of-the-art quilting, embroidery, and CNC panel cutting technology. Each piece is inspected by our Quality Assurance team for the perfect finished look and feel for your mattress. Zippered, quilted, tape edge, organic – we can make almost every mattress cover design domestically.
STEP 2: FABRICATION & ASSEMBLY
We offer regular, CNC, 7-zone, convoluted, and SMT foam fabrication technology in addition to lamination, quilting, and the ability to produce hybrid and encased coil mattresses. As an all-in-one provider, we can source foam and fabrics from multiple suppliers. All our mattresses are Made in the USA and utilizing LEAN manufacturing techniques to maximize efficiency and quality.
STEP 3: PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT
Whether shipping one piece or 10,000 pieces, we can handle any size order. Our dedicated logistics department will work with you to plan, ship and track your orders. We offer integrated EDI and API dropship fulfillment.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
We can manage your inventory and offer efficient delivery options including same or next day ship windows. Once your product is complete, we compress roll pack it and ship directly to your customer’s door.
