Topper Process
Jeffco has been making a wide variety of high-quality mattress toppers in the USA for many years. We are the preferred partner and first choice supplier for fabricated foam and textile products. We’ll work with you to create the right topper for your customer: from fabricating and assembling your foam topper to designing, cutting and sewing the covers, to compression roll packing and shipping your product to your customer’s door.
STEP 1: FABRICATION & ASSEMBLY
Foam fabrication, lamination, contour cutting, convoluting, SMT, and the ability to source foam and fabrics from multiple suppliers, Made in USA.
STEP 2: CUT & SEW
Our in-house cut and sew experts provide specialized Cover design. Our advanced equipment guarantees high quality products. Every piece is inspected by our Quality Assurance team for the perfect finished look and feel for your topper.
STEP 3: PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT
Toppers are compressed and roll-packed for more efficient delivery options. One piece or 10,000 piece orders can be fulfilled. Dedicated logistics department will work with you to plan, ship and track your orders. With integrated EDI and API dropship fulfillment, toppers can be shipped via UPS or FedEx. We can manage your inventory and ship direct to consumers with same or next day ship windows.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
We can manage your inventory and offer efficient delivery options including same or next day ship windows. Once your product is complete, we compress roll pack it and ship directly to your customer’s door.
